Gold Mark Service

The Terra Nova Gold Mark Service runs for the first 5 years of your tents life and entitles you to:

  • FREE repairs wherever possible, whatever the cause
  • 50% OFF RRP on any replacement parts, where repair isn’t feasible
  • FREE tent personalisation with a unique ID code
  • PRIORITY handling from our Customer Service department

Returns Procedure

  • Please complete one of the returns forms provided, or call us on 01773 837373 to receive a copy.
  • Return the damaged part of your tent to the address below marking the outside of the parcel ‘Gold Mark Service’.
  • We would suggest you use a service that requires a signature on delivery
  • Once we receive your return we will make it our highest priority and contact you once we have inspected the damage.
  • If we can repair the damage we will do so as soon as possible and return any items you have sent to us free of charge.
  • If we cannot repair the damage, we will request payment for a replacement part at 50% off the price advertised on our website. P+P will be free of charge.
  • We aim to return your tent to you within 2 weeks from the date of receipt. However, if you require a repair urgently please inform us of the date you need your tent back.
